Basic Masking

I made this card a few weeks ago for Sunny Challenges and Creations, which had a sketch and an Easter theme. I had a new stamper this week at class and so decided to show her the technique of Basic Masking and it also refreshed the other ladies on this technique as well. The colours we used were Whipser White Card Base, Lucky Limeade and Raspberry Ripple (sorry about the colour in the pic). We also used the Honeycomb Embossing folder. When the card was finished we just put touches to the main stamens of the flowers using Silver Sparkle Dazzling Detail liquid and the middle flower was raised on a dimensional. The greeting is from the set Well Scripted and was punched out using the Scallop Oval Punch. This is such a pretty card and when the ladies made their cards they used the sentiment of their choice from the Well Scripted stamp set. Till next time.......

  1. Love the added effect of the EF behind your card Gwen. Amazing how something small added, can make a big impact!
